| However, due to a classic "whodunit" the likes penned by Agatha Christie – though, in this case, a "whereizit" – plans have changed. I’m deep into detective work at this point to determine the whereabouts of a missing word – but I’m getting ahead of myself. I’ll get to my investigation later – and hopefully there will be poetic justice! Okay, so here’s the background. This past July, I embarked upon a Dickinson-themed road-trip to NYC, Boston, and Amherst. Details of my journey are on my travelogue, “Dial ‘Em’ for Emily,” HERE. On my plog (poetry blog) post from July 20, I mentioned my visit to the New York Public Library where I discovered The Concordance to the Poems of Emily Dickinson, HERE The next day, July 21, I presented a noir adaptation of my discovery of the tome, HERE. |
I added, “First and foremost – **a drum roll, please** – I’ve ordered a copy for myself. I suspect the bookseller is probably wondering 'who the hell bought this thing.' LOL.”
I did, indeed, order a copy, and it did, indeed, arrive in July -- just in time for "Christmas in July" --
Coming tomorrow, I’ll present “Witness for the Resolution." Stay tuned!
