I keep a Google doc where I jot down ideas, keep notes, copy links, etc., regarding Emily Dickinson. LOL – half the time I forget why I might have kept some of the records. For example, later in this post I’ll provide the link to a site I stumbled upon called “The Emily Project – Two Friends, One Year, One Dead Poet.”
I saved a link for a particular entry, and I THINK I did so because the first statement under the poem is “Surprise! It’s an Emily Dickinson poem about…death!” – and that reminded me of my own (tongue-in-cheek) Top Ten list of themes found in Dickinson’s poetry, here:

8. Death and Eternity
9. Joy
10. Identity of One’s Self

The site looks interesting, and I’ll peruse it more later; however, the main drawback seems to be that there does not seem to be an alphabetical index of the posts or tags. You can click on related tags at the bottom of each post – and the site runs backwards – from the final entry to the first – so it seems a bit awkward finding what might interest you. Still, it looks like a fun site to review.
