“How do you plan a party when the client can t even specify a date,” said Elizabeth “Izzy” Gahn, the Regional Strategic Supply Chain Applicator for Mission Possible Party Planners.
“It’s difficult,” said Gahn, “but there are measures one can take.”

* Set a budget
* Create a guest list
* Scout venues
* Brainstorm entertainment and food options
* Maintain a flexible checklist
