Paint By Blunders

While in Boston, I visited the Museum of Bad Art.  I published Part 1 on this topic yesterday, HERE.  Part 2 is below. However, before proceeding, please read the cautions and warnings below -- CAREFULLY.

GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Activity: Viewing Bad Art

Date of Activity: Today

Organization / Released Party: The Emmett Lee Dickinson Museum, the Museum of Bad Art, and the Dorchester Brewing Company.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I know that the viewing of bad art involves certain dangers. These risks can include physical injury, particularly to the eye and/or gastro-intestinal system. I choose to take part in this activity of my own free will. I fully accept all known and unknown risks of harm related to viewing bad art.

2. Release and Waiver of Claims
I agree to release, waive, and discharge the aobve mentioned museums and brewing company, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all legal claims or demands for injury, loss, damage or illness. This means I will not sue or hold the released parties responsible for any harm that happens to me as a result of viewing bad art.

3. Medical Consent
In case of an emergency during or following the viewing of bad art, I will seek medical help immediately for myself. I agree that I am responsible for paying all costs for any medical care or transport I may need.
