We are VERY EXCITED to announce that the 2017 annual conference of the Dickinson Organization of Poetry Enthusiasts (DOPE) will include the WORLD PREMIER ot
Terence Davies' long-awaited sequel to A Quiet Passion, his bio-pic of Emily Dickinson.

A Clamorous Indifference tells the story of America's forgotten poet, Emmett Lee Dickinson (Emily Dickinson's third cousin, twice removed -- at her request).

A Clamorous Indifference stars Neil Patrick Harris as America's greatest poet, Emmett Lee Dickinson, and Cynthia Nixon reprises her role as Dickinson's third cousin Emily.

BREAKING:  We just confirmed today that Candace “Candy” Koren, the Chief Global Implementation Identity Consultant and Regional Paradigm Analyst for the World Candy Corn Congress, in Baden-Baden, Germany, will address the General Assembly at the annual meeting of the Dickinson Organization of Poetry Enthusiasts.

On September 24, 2017, Elon James White, the host of a struggling podcast, rocked the candy corn world by calling Donald Trump "the candy corn of people."  We wrote about the controversy HERE.  We also wrote about the response from the candy corn industry and the demand for an apology HERE.  Ms. Koren has taken a leading role in the protest over Mr. White's remark and the demand  that he retract his statement.

EXCITING NEWS:  A very substantial friend of President Trump's, Jim, will skype into the 2017 DOPE conference  from Nambia to present an in-depth analysis of Emily Dickinson's poem, "I'm Nobody! Who are you?"

Pictured at the left:  No photo is avaiabe at his time of Jim.

Pictured at the right: Rose Marie Mazetta, known as a child performer as Baby Rose Marie and as Sally Rogers on The Dick Van Dyke Show, Rose Marie is the last known living person to have met Emmett Lee Dickinson (Emily Dickinson's third cousin, twice removed -- at her request).

When Rose Marie was a baby, her mother
Stella Gluszcak was carrying her as she was leaving a grain elevator.  As she was exciting, Emmett Lee Dickinson was entering.  He saw the baby and said to Ms. Gluszcak, "Breathtaking. She really is breathtaking."

At the 2017 annual DOPE conference, Rose Marie will talk about that very special day in her life, and how lucky she was to have met America's greatest poet.
