The Washerst Times reported today that Bruce Jenner will step down as the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Duggar Fertility Clinic and Center for Reproductive Medicine in historic Washerst, Pennsylvania (birthplace of Emmett Lee Dickinson, Emily Dickinson's third cousin, twice removed -- at her request).
Jenner cited various recent issues in his life that have consumed his time as the reason for his departure. He has served for only four months. He replaced Bill Cosby who resigned in October 2014 to devote more time to his position on the Temple University Board. Cosby took over the position in June 2013 when Anthony Weiner resigned to devote time to his mayoral campaign in New York City.
The Duggar Fertility Clinic and Center for Reproductive Medicine was founded by Robert James "Bob Jim" Duggar. It opened in Washerst in 1954.
