The Fretz Park Library in Dallas, TX, was honored last night by the American Library Association with the Gwendolyn Quigley Wattley Golden Library Card for Outstanding Excellence. Named for the woman who invented the card catalog, the Gwendolyn Quiguley Wattley Golden Library Card is the highest award bestowed by the ALA.
