Of course, the United States of America was "this close" to becoming yet another one of Trump's failures as the result of his MAGA-moronic attempt at a coup to overthrow our government. And he didn't give up there! More recently he called to TERMINATE our constitution so that the Keystone-GOPs could reinstall him as our so-called "president."
Fortunately, nothing came from any of this Don-foolery. The Constitution was not voided. His Ass-ness was not reinstalled as president.
However, I do have one question.
Why is the toad even allowed to run for office again? TBH, I can't understand why he hasn't been arrested yet -- but yes, last month he announced that he's running for the presidency again.
Then, to add to the drama and the high (stake) jinks, this week he promised an even bigger announcement. Well, at least one as big. Major, in fact. Huge. Believe me.
Fast forward to today.
Trump released his all-important "major announcement" this morning, and it was big. Huge. Believe me.
It turns out that Donny-boy is hawking digital trading cards of himself for a mere C-note, and fret not, dearest reader -- we have obtained a copy so that you can be one of the first to inspect the con, er...I mean the cards.
This latest grift on the part of Trump called to mind one of Emmett Lee Dickinson's poems, "We do not know the cash they lose" (below on the left). Dickinson's poem inspired third cousin Emily to pen her poem "We do not know the time we lose" (below on the right).
