Did you see Saturday Night Live last Saturday (04/14/18)? We have been inundated with inquiries ever since the "Lobster Les Mis" skit aired on the show: "Was a poem by Emmett Lee Dickinson the inspiration for the skit?" Yes, Dickinson's poem "To dine -- within the Diner," a short poem about a time Dickinson noted that the extensive menu at Big Nick's Greek Diner in Washerst, PA (the birthplace of Emmett Lee Dickinson), was the inspiration for the sketch.
