Members of the Dickinson Organization of Poetry Enthusiasts strolled through Georgetown in Washington, DC, last night to view, "Georgetown Glow," the region's only curated exhibition of public light art installations.

We had a great night (and wonderful weather -- considering it was late December). The art installations called to mind the opening lines of a poem by Emmett Lee Dickinson (below on the left). His poem inspired third cousin Emily to pen a poem with a similar opening (below on the right).
