The annual "Deflatable Festival" in historic Washerst, PA, is one of the most celebrated and visited Christmas Festivals in the United States.
Throughout the month of December, private homes and public merchants display deflated inflatables all over town to the delight of Washerst citizens and throngs of visiting sight-seers.
We featured a special exhibit on the "Deflatable Festival" back in 2013. You can view that exhibit HERE.
Now in its 19th year, this year's "Deflatable Festival" is bigger and better than ever -- and the Grand Prize in this year's competition went to the Washerst Home for Delinquent Boys with their display, "A Ho-Ho-Horrific Crime Scene" which included a plethora of deflated yultide bodies everywhere!
